Absolute legends!
Linh Yee and her team have been exceptional in selling one of my properties. From day one I have been very impressed with each member of her team from renovating, marketing, open homes, auction and right up to the settlement. Nick & Nicki are without doubt the most formidable team in Real Estate that we have worked with. They know the market inside and out and were across any and all movements and fluctuations daily, staying in constant communication with us about both our property and the broader market. We felt extremely confident throughout the process. They managed to be both attentive and responsive whilst always reading the room perfectly. Sometimes the circumstances surrounding selling a property can be quite delicate, and the empathy and EQ that Nick & Nicki both possessed throughout the whole journey was above and beyond - something we will be eternally grateful for. They are both articulate, smart and incredibly nice people to boot. We discovered that behind those killer smiles they are serious negotiators - which may be their superpower. They really delivered the numbers we were looking for in what was a very tough market. I cannot recommend this pair enough and hold them both in the highest esteem. Nick was a great communicator who made the process simple super, but was always professional.
