great communication, easy to talk with, questions answered quickly and appropriately

Tom's communication was easy to understand; he was very easy to get in contact with. Any issues or questions were answered and dealt with quickly and effectively. As far as market knowledge goes, thats a difficult one. I know our markets at the moment are bad, I was not happy with how much under evaluation my property sold for, but I know Tom work incredibly hard to get me what I did get. His advice was sound and easy to understand. I'm very thankful for all his help and expertise.
