Knowledgeable and great communication
Daniela has excellent communication skills and was very flexible around our busy work schedules. We greatly appreciated her hard work in helping us through this process as this was our first house. She was very generous with her time and knowledge. She always came presented professionally and her interactions with us were always professional but relaxed. She made us feel valued and comfortable.
Helpful and attentive
Daniela was very helpful throughout this whole process, this was our first home and she was open, answered any questions and provided lots of helpful information when asked. She was not overbearing but followed up which was very helpful with our busy work schedules. Daniela seems very lovely and remained positive throughout the whole experience, would definitely recommend her. I really love how she doesn’t come across as pushy but she also knows how to hold her ground when appropriate she had a beautiful balance of both those qualities. Daniela was always very professional and seemed to have good knowledge or the market. She was always prompt with her communication and liased with the vendor in a timely manner.
