We’ve met Daniela after our first offer on a property fell through. At the time we were so ready to give up and just start our search all over again when timing is in our favour. She called to say there’s a property she would like to show us through which she thinks suits our family. When I asked the location, I had a second thought as it’s about 30 mins drive from where we work and our children’s school. However Daniela’s sales expertise convinced us to view the property the very same day I spoke to her! Needless to say we fell in love with the house and have now settled and enjoying our first home! Didn’t mind the drive as we always come home to a comfortable house. Through out the process Daniela was so calm, always prompt in responding to our questions, and gave a lot of insight on our buying journey. Daniela has excellent communication skills and was very flexible around our busy work schedules. We greatly appreciated her hard work in helping us through this process as this was our first house. She was very generous with her time and knowledge. She always came presented professionally and her interactions with us were always professional but relaxed. Daniela was very helpful throughout this whole process, this was our first home and she was open, answered any questions and provided lots of helpful information when asked. She was not overbearing but followed up which was very helpful with our busy work schedules. Daniela seems very lovely and remained positive throughout the whole experience, would definitely recommend her. I really love how she doesn’t come across as pushy but she also knows how to hold her ground when appropriate she had a beautiful balance of both those qualities.
