I had no idea what to expect when I walked through the door of Ray Whites Cashmere searching for an appraisal. Aaron was very warm and welcoming. Aaron was able to work through the details and reasons for the sale very smoothly and with appropriate sensitivity. I was impressed by his level of knowledge of the market, not only prices the area was attracting, but also what sort of buyers the property would likely attract along with the pros and cons of each buyer demographic. As I was from out of town and my in person time available would be short Aaron was responsive and was able to provide a detailed documented picture of the area, buyer demographic with a recommendation for marketing strategy and method of sale. Once the appraisal was approved, Aaron was in regular contact as the marketing process began with updates on listing platforms, open homes and potential buyers. Aaron was also able to build up detailed knowledge of the property along with its strengths and weaknesses which were put to good affect to answer any potential buyer questions. The marketing and sale did not really deviate from what originally discussed and this comes down to Aarons efforts, preparation and planning. The success of the sale is solely due to Aarons ability to develop a rapport with all stake holders, along with the ability to provide the right information at the right time both verbally, in person and email. It is hard to find the words to adequately describe my experience with Aaron, other than he had the x factor, He was very personable without losing any professionalism. Thank you so much
