Jadyn was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, trustworthy and communicative. We were a little nervous and unsure as it was our first time selling a home, but he guided us through the process with a level of confidence and ease that was infectious. Jadyn answered all our questions honestly (and there were MANY lol) and gave really good advice regarding the renovations that we needed to do to prep for sale and open homes. I feel he went above and beyond through the entire process - even going as far as to secure a solid backup offer for our peace of mind during our conditional period. Joey was upfront, honest and incredibly hard working throughout the sales process. He answered our questions at all hours of the day (even when he probably shouldn’t for the sake of work-life balance) and provided wise advice during critical times. We hit some roadblocks along the way (not in any way attributable to him). When those times came he didn’t sugarcoat things, but he always had a reassuring smile and — more importantly — a plan. His efforts on our behalf made an inherently stressful process much easier. We are thankful and will gladly recommend him in the future as friends put their homes on the market.
