I found Fleur easy to relate to, relaxed but alert to our needs. Our purchase was a little unusual because the buyers were overseas and their nominated bidder inexperienced in real estate generally. She had also never attended an auction before. Multiple parties were involved which required multiple viewings of the property. In that circumstance Fleur was very on board with keeping communication channels open and transparent so that all individuals - not all of whom spoke English as their first language - understood the process, pitfalls and all, to a purchase.
