After having looked on line at various properties for sale around the Marsden Cove Marina area I contacted you on the 7th October 2021 to get more information on the Barbados Way property listed, I was immediately impressed with your easygoing professionalism, because of the ongoing country “lockdown" preventing me from physically inspecting the property I was totally reliant on you, James you made it so easy & seamless from taking me on a virtual “FaceTime” tour of the interior, exterior and me being able to have you point the camera any which way I wanted to have a closer look. As the auction was 20 days after my initial enquiry you advised me to watch an online Zoom auction a week prior to get the feel of an auction void of the excitement generated by a crowded auction room so that I knew beforehand what to expect on my day. On the 27th October I was fortunate to win the auction totally reliant on what I was seeing and hearing on my computer screen. Remembering I still hadn’t physically inspected my new home, so when I arrived with my furniture trucking company you took me on a tour and I couldn’t of been more happier and satisfied that the property was just perfect for me! Everything went smoothly and you kept me informed all the way through which could of been a daunting experience in these unusual times our country is experiencing these past two years.

From the very first conversation with James at Ray White and after making the big decision to sell our house in Ruakaka I just knew from the get-go James was the right person to list with. His approach is sincere and straight up and with ourselves being quite some distance from the property and not really knowing the current Bream Bay market this was necessary and exactly what we needed. It’s obvious James loves what he does and this equated to a great rapport. James went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions and made sure we were fully advised and up to date throughout the stages.
