From the very first conversation with James at Ray White and after making the big decision to sell our house in Ruakaka I just knew from the get-go James was the right person to list with. His approach is sincere and straight up and with ourselves being quite some distance from the property and not really knowing the current Bream Bay market this was necessary and exactly what we needed. It’s obvious James loves what he does and this equated to a great rapport. James went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions and made sure we were fully advised and up to date throughout the stages. We were delighted with the care James took for us during the sale process and very happy with the price achieved.
