During our journey of trying to purchase our new dream house we crossed paths with James on a regular basis at his open homes. One particular house we were very keen on and frequented the open homes on a regular basis prior to the auction. We were unfortunately unsuccessful at the auction and James seemed to be genuinely disappointed for us. Upon meeting up with him at another open home, he advised us he was on a mission to get us into a house. Sure enough a house came up that he knew we would love. He got in touch with us and yes it was the house we were looking for. This time we were able to purchase the house. During the settlement period James worked tirelessly with all parties to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with James, he will be the first person we call for any future realestate dealings.

I have been looking at real estate to upgrade our house for the last 18 months. I came across James at various open homes during this time. I was always impressed with his friendly manner and his honest responses to sometimes tricky real estate questions. He clearly enjoys his job. For these reasons I asked James to sell my house in Waipu Cove. He jumped straight to the task at hand. After having looked on line at various properties for sale around the Marsden Cove Marina area I contacted you on the 7th October 2021 to get more information on the Barbados Way property listed, I was immediately impressed with your easygoing professionalism, because of the ongoing country “lockdown" preventing me from physically inspecting the property I was totally reliant on you, James you made it so easy & seamless from taking me on a virtual “FaceTime” tour of the interior, exterior and me being able to have you point the camera any which way I wanted to have a closer look. As the auction was 20 days after my initial enquiry you advised me to watch an online Zoom auction a week prior to get the feel of an auction void of the excitement generated by a crowded auction room so that I knew beforehand what to expect on my day. On the 27th October I was fortunate to win the auction totally reliant on what I was seeing and hearing on my computer screen. Remembering I still hadn’t physically inspected my new home, so when I arrived with my furniture trucking company you took me on a tour and I couldn’t of been more happier and satisfied that the property was just perfect for me!
