As a buyer real estate agents are not always on your side. I didn't feel this with Michael and his team. There were very honest and helpful and made my experience of buying my first home very comfortable. They have restored my faith in real estate agents.

We decided that it was time to downsize from our 8 ha lifestyle block and contacted Bridget McNamara because we knew her. She showed us a property at Rarangi which happened to be on the market and quickly allowed us to identify features which attracted us. She alerted us to the "slightly different" property, also at Rarangi which we decided to make an offer on. This led to the need to get our own property on the market for sale. Mark Tschepp was the agent listed on the Rarangi property, Bridget assured us that he was an experienced and knowledgeable agent for rural properties, and so we engaged Mark. The end result was a successful sale for us. The two transactions were therefore linked, with the process being managed by Mark with Bridget's assistance. For us it was an enjoyable experience, and it has allowed us to look forward to a new home and environment without the trepidation we may have felt in changing our home after 34 years.
