I would like to pass on my appreciation to Conor and his team for the way in which they marketed and sold our property. Although we only communicated through Conor, he managed the sale on our behalf in a calm and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked around our difficult viewing schedule with patience and a cheerful demeanour at all times. The property was not an easy one to sell due to a few non-compliance issues. We had tried selling with other companies prior to listing with Conor. The other companies put it in the too hard basket and were telling us we would not achieve a price that was close to $300k less that what Conor and his team achieved for us.
