We started in a tough market with little momentum driving our campaign. A u-turn occurred once a staff refresh took place and Dillon joined forces with Connor and Brie. They completely took control, poured their energy into the sale, and got it across the line—all while we were overseas. We ended up selling to investor type buyers who secured a bargain— something we still find a bit hard to swallow! But the outcome had nothing to do with this team. They maintained excellent communication, seized every opportunity – literally no stone was left unturned, and they ultimately delivered. We certainly put them under pressure because of the earlier missed opportunities and slow start, but this trio rose to the challenge. It was clear how well Dillon and Connor worked together— live client feedback was glowing, and their down-to-earth approach really stood out . Brie has some great assets on her team.
