For our sale, she went above and beyond all reasonable expectations to help us finish renovating the house when I had to leave the country urgently. How many agents do you know who would negotiate with contractors, choose flooring samples and even rope their Dad in to do some DIY for you?? When we thought about putting our house on the market, we checked out the local community pages and Regan was one that stood out as highly recommended by people selling in our area. Upon meeting Regan, we quickly knew she was the right fit for us. She was honest, earnest and there was no bullshit. We were blown away by how impressive the marketing and photography looked. She must have considerable sway with her contacts, because when the photographer became a COVID close-contact and needed to isolate, Regan managed to get someone else out the very same day. Regan was able to walk that fine line of keeping things realistic, but also giving us hope of selling our home in our expected range. When it came to open homes, she was mindful of the fact that we had a two year old who sleeps during the day. She always gave us plenty of notice before confirming private viewings which meant that we didn't miss out on interest from prospective buyers. Regan and her team kept us up-to-date with the interest levels of the groups that came through our home throughout the course of the three-week campaign. This enabled us to have a clear picture of the level of interest and our expectations were well managed because of this. It was a surprise to us that when auction day came around, neither one of us felt anxious. Regan and Tim made the entire process so easy for us, and we were thrilled with our sale price. The cherry on top was the arrival of a bottle of champagne to our home mere minutes after the hammer dropped - very classy. We would 100% recommend Regan to anyone selling their home. We only wish we had more homes to sell so we could use her again!

We had a fantastic experience with Regan. I met Regan at an open home. Her personality, obvious knowledge of the industry, the local area, and the current market made me think she'd be the right 'fit' for us. When she made her first home visit, she looked at everything and made suggestions on what we could do to improve the property. What a potential buyer may look at. This is what made our decision so easy. The other agents we 'interviewed' for the job did not do this. Right from the get go she was open and honest about the property, the market etc. We always had a chat after each open home and caught up with the regular 'weekly reports'.
