Billy - is my Real estate man, how to publicly thank a man like Billy.    I'm a single, 71 years old lady.........  I don't know why Billy looked after my interests so well, perhaps my age, perhaps because I was overseas on holiday or just perhaps that's Billy and he is like that, no favorites.  It took a long time to sell my investment house at the Mount, about nine months, it was one of those properties.    I thought it was a great investment and it was, but it wasn't an easy sell when like minded investors were on the same page as I was.    Billy went down every sales angle, he didn't leave the place sitting on the books, we jumped from price by enquiry, set pricing, auction, relist it, he was my property manager every sunday at open homes first on scene when the plumber was needed, there for the electrician.  Things went wrong while I was overseas on holiday.  Billy sure did his job. Over the listing period, Billy put four or five contracts in front of me, all but the last falling over, the first one came in on the day I had a heart attack and started a whole new existence lol.  Billy leveled up and became the most important man in my life looking after my interests at the Mount house with my tenants, floods, broken toilets. If it could go wrong it did and Billy simply sorted it.    My house finally went unconditional on my 71st birthday the day before I flew home.  How do I thank him for being him............ the best real estate salesperson I have ever come across.......... Billy Talks the talk and Walks the walk he had my back at every turn.   Bless you Billy

Billy and Bella a fabulous team and worked hard to get a sale over the line on my unique commercial boarding house in Otumoetai, Tauranga. Billy was in touch regularly, dealt with a lot of different moving parts throughout the process, and was fun and approachable to deal with. Billy is very proactive in his approach to marketing, and was very good at bringing a number of offers throughout the duration of the time the property was on the market. Eventually Billy secured a great price for the house in an economic recession $$ environment, with fabulous buyers and a great outcome. During the marketing period, Ryder picked up on a title issue overlooked by the lawyers. He took decisive action with the local Council to sort the issue out and solicited 3 offers within days and we were able to sign a contract for the price he predicted, so very happy customers.
