For my first time purchasing property, I was no doubt very nervous and apprehensive. Certainly the personal touch makes all the difference. Some of my little ‘nuances’ and risk aversion would have tried the patience of a saint! Alex has been very responsive and supportive, his recommendations were very helpful and led us to a successful deal. He seems to be genuinely enjoying the selling process, he is curious and energetic! He was always on time for all house viewings, after each viewing he was sending us an update on how many groups came over and their feedback. Every week we received a detailed report on the progress. We also noticed he was very lovely and attentive to potential buyers, he dedicated time to explain ins and outs of the process for the 1st home buyers, and if they needed more support, he was ready to meet with them to help with drafting an offer. Having been 1st home buyers ourselves, and comparing the amount of support we got back then, we could appreciate Alex’s approach even more. We also sold a few household appliances to the house buyer, and Alex helped us with that too!
