6th Transaction with Gabriela where the service has remained amazing This deal was a bit challenging with the market being a lot slower than what Auckland is use too so Gabriela really had to work for this one but we got the perfect result in the end But thankful to have her as my only agent for buying and selling

I had purchased this property from Gabriela so I was confident in her ability to on sell it. I was extremely impressed with her marketing strategy and the suggestion to go to auction was spot on. The price achieved was far in excess of what I was hoping and this was down to her hard work with the purchasing group.

Dominic knows his stuff and what’s out there in the Market. Both him and Ady did all the marketing and running around for us and it was a breeze from start to finish. Definitely a person I would recommend if you are looking at selling or buying a property as he knows what is best and gives really good advice. I would definitely use him again.

Dusan has been very professional, helpful and has been good at communicating, i.e. answering any queries quickly. He sold our apartment the first weekend it was on the market so the result for us was a good one.

Dominic delivered way above and beyond the service that would normally be expected from a real estate agent during a particularly difficult time on the market - in the middle of the Auckland floods. And got the property sold. Thank you team DnA.

Team Yurak undoubtedly have a great knowledge of the Auckland Central apartment market. We have been owners of a Zest apartment for 13 years and made contact with them when we bought. Since then we have regularly received updates and feed back on the market so it was an easy decision to support them. Although, dissapointingly, we did not achieve our appraisal price.
