Leanne was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had the luxury of “leisurely selling”, not really needing too, but curious of the current market. Leanne informed us of all the options available to us as a seller, and from everything she told us, we decided to place the house on the market to test the waters, in a way that suited us best. She was able to book potential buyers around my partners work schedule (as a shift worker) and within 5 days she had gathered 3 offers for us to view, even with the risk that we potentially would decide not to sell. Leanne has an optimistic outlook but is also realistic with expectations and valuations. Everything happened exactly as promised and the sale went through very smoothly. We highly recommend Leanne.

Cheerful and Accommodating
I had some quite specific requirements as the property I was searching for needed to be suitable for a rental as well as a potential retirement home and it needed to have space to park a motorhome. Leanne was very patient as there were a lot of potential properties that I looked at that didn't tick those boxes or have the space I wanted. The house I got has space for motorhome with some work and is fairly easy care for a tenant, and in a good area at a good price. I also got tenants with it for over the Christmas break which saves me having to panic about having no income from it at an expensive time of year.
