I met Leanne when I invited her to conduct an appraisal of our mother's house. I had noticed that Leanne had sold a house just up the road from us. She brought me up to speed up on the Timaru housing market as I live in Auckland. She was sensitve to our particular circumstances which I greatly appreciated. Leanne is speedy in responding to queries and highly professional in her interactions. She gave good advice on the selling process which was new to me as I had not previously experienced a "set sale". What impressed me about Leanne is that she is straight forward and authentic in her approach.
