Jay is new to the Thames Coromandel area but is a fresh honest agent with great selling skills and is just what the Thames Coromandel area needs. It will be a good shake up for other local agents. The office in the Thames town centre is innovative, very visible and noticeable. Jay will continue to be successful with a winning technique.

Great experience
We have dealt with a lot of agents in Thames over the past year. Most of them seem to have a ‘sleepy town’ kind of attitude .. Jay is a breath of fresh air in the Thames market. He’s proactive, and goes the extra mile for the seller and the buyer. He’s been very helpful throughout this process. We would most likely list with him in the future.

Fantastic - highly recommend

Jay had a very clear understanding of the market and executed a well thought out marketing strategy
In a very tough market to sell, Jay not only brought his knowledge and experience to the table, but gave us the confidence to move ahead and ultimately sell our property for a price that we were really happy about. Jay was on time for all open homes and made himself constantly available for private viewings. Overall we couldn’t rate Jay higher enough. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded.
