Having gone through quite a few open homes and met plenty of real estate agents along the way, we couldn’t be happier that Tash was the person who helped us find our home. From the beginning, Tash’s genuine approach and character stood out. She quickly understood what we were looking for, made us feel at ease and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We never felt pressured or like we were simply another sale. When things didn’t quite go to plan with one of the properties we were initially pursuing, Tash was fantastic at keeping us informed and helping us look ahead. She's approachable, enthusiastic, confident, and easy to talk to. What I appreciated most was her positivity, lets make it happen attitude , excellent communication and follow ups, she was always on to it and kept us informed every step of the way. Also, what really stood out was her ability to strike the right balance. While representing the vendor professionally, she also made us feel heard and respected as buyers without being pushy or giving false hopes. She has great judgement, never made us feel pressured and handled the whole process with honesty and care. Looking back, it truly feels like this house was waiting for us.
