I met Jay when looking for our new home, at the open home, he was friendly, very knowledgeable about the area, the house and the market. we had one or 2 issues with the building inspector that was recommended to to us by someone else, which affected finance conditions, Jay came up with solutions and other recommendations, this helped us secure the property we now call home. Jay was happy to get us access to the property when we needed and went , I believe, above and beyond trying to help us secure the property, even as far as replacing lightbulbs that were found not working at the final inspection.
