Tash is incredibly approachable and easy to work with. We first met her when she was the agent selling a property that we mow lawns for. Even when she didn't have any listings that suited us, she would recommend other houses around town, including properties listed by other agents, which really showed that she genuinely wanted to help us find the right home. After several months of searching, we ended up purchasing a property through Tash. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, quick to communicate, and always easy to talk to. Tash also has a great sense of humour, I enjoyed watching her funny videos on FB. We truly appreciate all her help and believe everything happens for a reason. I contacted Nicky Bax to sell my house because her reputation preceded her and it did not disappoint. With expert knowledge of the real estate industry, Nicky provided solid and honest advice which I trusted. My house was not an easy house to sell being a 1960s house based in a rural village called Turua, where only the locals know Turua. Nicky rose to the challenge, learning about the area to market my property to the right audience. She soon learnt that people who move to Turua love it! There were one or two setbacks along the way but instead of accepting them, Nicky would think about the next steps and the best strategy to attract the right buyer who would love the house as much as we did. The setbacks became a distant memory as Nicky worked her magic to sign up two buyers (one back up offer). My property is now unconditional, and the move date is imminent. In addition to being skilled at selling and buying property, Nicky is professional and has an awesome personality - she is a people person who relates to her buyers and sellers ensuring success and a happy ending story. If Nicky doesn't know the answer to a question, she will go away and find out and report back to her clients. Her communication was excellent and she kept me informed throughout the whole process, taking the time to talk through any matters that needed detailed explanation. Nicky, came and did an excellent presentation to us before we signed an agreement with her. It was a very detailed presentation, giving examples of other properties and where she thought we should set the selling price. We were very impressed. Because most of the furniture had been removed from the property we had a bedroom that had no furniture. Nicky brought a bed that she had in storage and moved it into the bedroom and made up the bed, definitely helped people visualise the room size, that’s what I call going the extra mile. Nicky organised photos and had images created showing how the room’s could be furnished and what the rooms could look like. Overall a great experience and I would have no hesitation to use Nicky again if we had a house to sell
