Tash was amazing agent to work with. Tash obtained a sign contract with 24 hours of the viewing. Timing for me wasn't the best as had just lost my husband within days. Tash made the process as easy as possible. She messaged me regulary and was empathic and showed compassion whilst I was grieving. She showed great professionalism from start to finish. Our circumstances required an empathetic and very personal approach, and it was clear from the start that she was the right person for us. Throughout the process she was professional and thorough. Her communication was outstanding, providing us with regular updates that we have never experienced before with previous property sales. As absentee owners selling a vacant house we had concerns about security and the need to maintain the property. My husband and I are both in our 50's and first home owners. The house Tash showed us is one of numerous homes we have tried to aquire in the last year. Previously the agents we have dealt with from other realtor companies clearly had their own agendas as a priority, so meeting Tash,explaining what suited us, going the extra mile by talking to neighbors after finding us our forever home, and being available to ask absolutely anything,anytime made every step of the way an absolute breeze. I'm not going to down play it, buying a house is hard work, especially at our age. Lawyers and mortgage brokers talk the talk and most of the time I had to ring Tash to decipher what they actually were going on about.
