I could not have wished for any better in Nicky's knowledge, communication and professionalism. This lady went over and above what was expected and took a lot of the stress of purchasing this home (and even offered advise in the selling of my present home) out of the equation. NIcky went over and above in this purchase for me, as for me living in Auckland, it would have been difficult to phone & organize quotes, meet at site etc re: satisfy the building report. And keep me in the loop constantly. The sale would not have gone through without her contacts in Thames & following up with tradespeople. And she had amazing coping strategies when dealing with a difficult & such a unnecessary situation. If/when I sell again in Thames, Nicky will be my realtor for sure. What I loved is when the home became unconditional, Nicky sent me a photo of the home with the SOLD sticker on the FOR SALE sign, that was very special to me. NIcky is not an up and coming Rising Star, she is a STAR already!!
