My guy and I were searching high and low to find a property in Tauranga in a very fast moving market wracked with uncertainty, escalating prices, and fewer and fewer options to choose from, it was a tough time to buy. The first thing we noticed when looking at the property that we purchased from Glenis is the straight forward and clear way in which it was marketed. This was crucial for us as we live in another city and I had a broken leg, we were in various stages of lockdown, so we couldn't travel to visit the house and had family go and look at it for us. Our conversations with Glenis and the information she provided us was a big part of our decision making. I really enjoyed dealing with Glenis, she is so easy to talk to and has a very trustworthy feeling about her. When I asked her questions she answered clearly and in a fair manner, which I really liked. I found her so informative and helpful, I felt confident going into negotiations because I had a good understanding of which options would provide the most benefit for all parties. To have this feeling as a buyer from a real estate agent trying to sell a property to me is a rarity. It's clear that Glenis is very experienced in what she does.
