I first met Sue when I was interested in viewing a property in Bethlehem. Sue was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and arrived at the house within minutes of me calling. I was super impressed with her enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for real estate. Sue has an eye for detail and made some good suggestions for some improvements we may make to the property in the future. She was also very helpful with putting us onto reputable mortgage brokers and tradies. Thank you Sue. Lisa and Phil

Glenis is one amazing lady. She's honest and real. She doesn't mislead anyone, including the vendor or purchaser. She did an amazing job selling my house within a week of listing. She put in the groundwork behind the scenes, and went the extra mile to sell my house. A lot more goes on behind the scenes that a vendor doesn't always know about. She gave me compassion, honesty and realness. Would highly recommend Glenis to anyone.

Sure has excellent knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the Bethlehem area. She is great at communicating and providing encouragement and feedback in a positive manner. Our sale was particularly difficult as we had to wait for some time to get the signatory completed on the sale and purchase agreement. Sue kept the buyer engaged by keeping them in the loop and eventually was able to close the transaction. We highly recommend Sue as a very engaged agent, wanting to do the best for her vendor. She is very passionate about what she does.
