i knew what type of service to expect
From the Begining Peter set himself apart from the others in his field by aligning himself with reality, and clearly communicating to us a realistic outcome with the absolute potential for anything to happen outside of our expectation. we felt the relationship with Peter and Sue was organic, and very much felt they can be trusted with the future of setting up our family, and thats what very much happened. i could communicate more qualities that we apperciate about the team, but what would benefit you more is finding them out for yourself. In a short meeting with them you will know more than i can communicate.

Successful Sale
The market assessment of our mature villa was spot on, the communication regarding open homes and 'private' viewings was good, a number of offers were presented after the auction with one accepted that eventually fell over. Peter was quick to follow up, organised the staging and secured another offer which went unconditional last week. A very happy vendor.
