Jo stood out from the start with her efficiency and can-do attitude. I am certainly happy I signed on with her. She said she would get a good price for my property and she did. Along the road to getting the sale, there were a few bumps, but if plan A didn't work out, then Jo would always have a plan B and if that hadn't worked out, she had a plan C. I always felt that I was in good hands and felt confident that she would achieve a good result. I would certainly recommend her.

I can’t rate Jo highly enough. She has a great knowledge of property in our area, and across the city. She is easy to deal with, and at no time did I feel I was being rushed or pressured. She is honest with her assessments and straight up with her opinions. She guided me gently through the sale by auction process. I really appreciate this, as I was quite nervous. Without doubt I would work with Jo again. Her knowledge, honesty and friendly nature are such great assets.

We brought our home through Jo as the vendors agent. She was fast and efficient to deal with and never missed anything, she facilitated a short notice viewing for us before we went to auction for another home (and missed out). The deadline process she facilitated was easy, professional and by the book.
