What I really appreciated was her enduring positivity throughout the whole process making it as stress free as possible, no mean feat ! Jo was great and easy to work with. We were buying the property and Jo kept us informed as needed and was easy to approach with any queries. We ended up taking longer than expected negotiating settlement clauses. I don’t know if Jo could have managed this better up front with the previous owner or not (it seems like the condition clauses on the standard contract could have been pre struck out saving us a lot of time back and forth). If she could have, it would have made a difference in the experience. Perhaps it was just a difficult owner and their lawyer.

Jo and Peter were very professional all the way, starting with a good overview of sales in the area, marketing options and recommendation for a very competitively priced staging company. Jo kept us well informed with weekly updates (more frequently if we had wanted it) and phone calls as required. Two examples of their service above and beyond expectations were the cleaning of the house prior to the first open home (no charge to us) and Peter fixing a front porch light that had come loose and stopped working. We felt as though nothing was too much trouble.

We can’t rate Peter highly enough on the star rating. More like a six star rating is in order. Peter did a sterling job selling our unit, first with a concentrated three week marketing campaign with both open homes and individual viewings of the property. We chose a deadline treaty type of sale in which 3 offers were presented and one conditional offer was accepted. Peter then continued following up and acquired a second roll over backup offer which in the end was successful. Without his continued effort in getting this offer we would not have had a successful outcome . We can’t thank Peter enough for this extra effort in making the sale happen! His attention to detail and his communication skills were above and beyond what we would have considered to be the normal. His good nature meant that the whole selling process was actually pretty non stressful, and that says a lot when the pressure is on for a sale :). Thank you Peter for your efforts and we will highly recommend you to anyone thinking of selling their property!
