We enjoyed his visits. In fact we looked forward to them. We had never sold a property before and his extensive experience was a great help; we would have been lost without it. His advice about room layout was right on. Peter was able to generate an impressive amount of publicity about the house, including on Stuff. During the auction, a somewhat stressful situation, his calming influence was a great help to us. Our dealings with Jo and his support team were pleasant and nothing was a problem. The fees were made clear at the beginning so there were no surprises. Peter put a great amount of time into the open homes that he organized and kept us informed of how they went; numbers and possible buyers. The result of his efforts was that the house sold at auction at a price beyond our expectation. We found Peter had an engaging and likeable personality and that he was very professional in his dealings with us. We would recommend him to anyone about to sell a property.

Peter and Jo are truly exceptional, and we give them 10 out of 10 for their excellent communication and service in our property purchase. We came across Peter and Jo when we searched for a property they listed. When we contacted them about the property over the phone, they asked about what we would like to buy, they subsequently explained the advantages of the house and convinced us to make an appointment to see the inside of the house. We booked an appointment with Peter and Jo, and we met Peter on site. The property looked just like what they described and we expressed, during the first inspection, our interest in buying the property, which was marketed for auction. Subsequently, we discussed with Peter and Jo about the auction process. They patiently explained the auction process and made us comfortable with the auction process. The result is that we like the property we bought and we are grateful for their help. We will definitely ask for their service for our next house purchase. and/or house sale.

From our first meeting until the property was sold Jo was a fantastic advocate for us. She accommodated all of our specific needs with care and empathy. All of our interactions were highly professional and also very personal. Both of these characteristics are important but especially the personal nature of her qualities. I think anyone considering an agent should meet Jo and her team and know that the person you meet is someone I feel is extremely trustworthy and will do exactly what she says she will do. The property market is often volatile and unpredictable and Jo was able to negotiate all both these challenges with her skill and experience. Jo did an amazing job selling my elderly mother’s property. Peter is very professional to deal with and has a down to earth but polite communication style. I always felt that he did everything to bring about the sale of my property in less than 3 weeks.
