I first met Craig when I was checking out a listing he had on behalf of an overseas relative. I was impressed by his knowledgeable yet non aggressive approach so when time came for me to sell an investment property I called him along with two other companies. He was the first of the three to respond and was prepared to visit me with researched information on the market, my property and it’s likely position in the market. The agents from the other two companies did not wish to visit and only sent sales oriented email about themselves and expected me to list with them. Craig came to visit, was very presentable and enthusiastic. We realised that the market place was undergoing change and Craig kept us up to speed with those changes, albeit we were reluctant to accept that reality. Despite a very wet and depressing winter he kept promoting the property and found the eventual buyer. We are happy to recommend him.
