Craig had his facts and figures prepared when he came to our initial meeting. We had not decided on an agent at that stage but he had already done the groundwork and was confident we would get a Sold sign on his board reasonably quickly It took 8 days ,though the sale price was lower than we had hoped. However all parties were pleased with the outcome which enabled us to move to what we hope will be our final home. There had been some fairly strong hints as to what would be nice in a gift box and to his credit Craig remembered what we liked and he delivered it a few weeks later to wish us well. If you want an enthusiastic Agent who wants a sale as much as you do then give Craig a go
