We had good communications with the agents and they cleared up all doubts that came up before the offer document. There were more communications as we went unconditional and it went smoothly. After we went unconditional most of our queries were directed through the solicitor. When we did the final inspections there was a hiccup and we had to reschedule so they were gracious to give us an alternate time from their busy schedules. After the bank cleared the home settlement we picked up the keys from their office. Overall easy to deal with.

We first met Nick almost 6 years ago when we shifted to New Zealand from UK. He was the seller's agent then and was extremely helpful in making the process as seamfree as possible. Six years on and it wasn't a difficult decision to use Nick again, this time with the addition of Tina! Their recommendations for selling tactics, pricing, and target marketing proved to be spot on and we were entirely guided by this, with the final fantastic result! Not being used to the NZ way of selling property, they had all the information we ever needed, when we needed it; we were never kept waiting for answers and updates from viewings were prompt and regular. We really felt like the sale of our property was important to Nick and Tina - their care, compassion and guidance goes way above and beyond what they are required to do but does not lower the level of professionalism they project. I can not recommend Nick highly enough, he literally restored my faith in Real-estate agents! After having had a terrible time with a well known company shortly before we enlisted Property Brokers to sell our Dad's home for us, I had lost trust in agents, as the one I had used to sell my property had not worked for me at all! they were more interested in one person and seemed to work for them, not me as the seller. Nick and Tina were the complete opposite. they worked hard, kept us informed, and went above and beyond. Absolutely amazing to deal with.... Nick is such a genuine, friendly person to deal with and went way over and above to help me purchase the home.. I wouldn't look anywhere else for an agent if I was ever in the situation to buy or sell.. I have worked in real estate myself and truly feel he is unlike any other agent I have spoken to.
