My husband and I had spent 12 months trying to buy our first home. This involved dealing with many agents over the course of that time with multiple failed offers. We had dealings with agents who weren’t working in our favour at all and many were not transparent or even cared, which didn’t sit well with us when trying to make one of the biggest decisions of our life.
