Outstanding and caring
Annette was the perfect agent for us and handled everything perfectly from start to finish. She explained how she would market the property and was thorough in her knowledge of the market and potential buyers. She took us through every step with care and sensitivity as well as great attention to detail. Her approach was always professional and friendly, and she was helpful in so many ways - nothing was too much trouble for her. I cannot thank her enough! I would thoroughly recommend Annette to anyone selling, and I'm sure also buying, a home.

An outstanding agent!
Our experience with Annette Pendergast could not have been better. Her professionalism, market knowledge and level of service are simply outstanding. She took full responsibility for selling and caring for our family's property, helping out in many ways since most of us were prevented from being in Christchurch due to Covid lockdowns. That extended to helping dispose of contents, keeping the garden tidy and joining family members on video calls to ensure we were all in the loop at all times. We couldn't fault any aspect of her communication, presentation, marketing and reading of buyer interest, and the whole process went as smoothly as could be. We can't recommend her highly enough!

You could have no better agent to stand alongside you in the sale of your house than Annette. She is extremely hardworking and puts enormous time and energy into the task. She listens carefully and thoughtfully to both the buyer and seller to hear and understand their needs. Her regular reports are detailed, easy to follow and informative. She works hard and long to ensure that both buyer and seller fully understsnd the process involved, and where difficulties occur she works tirelessly to overcome the problem. I found her to be empathetic, always positive, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional.
