She is aware of the market and has a pool of buyers that was approached prior to starting the marketing campaign resulting on securing a buyer resulting in saving us marketing costs. She is very efficient and a people's person and obtained a very good sale price by recognising there was a little more of funds available from the initial offer of the purchaser. We found Annette a delightful real estate agent who went the extra mile to make the purchasing of this property with the least of hassles. She made herself available whenever we needed her and went beyond her duty as a land agent in the case where we ended up with a water leak as a result of inadvertently cutting a water pipe. The little extras such as making herself available for the plumber to fix the fault as well as dealing with access to the property for property inspections and contractors that I was seeking a quote to undertake work for was greatly appreciated. This saved us a lot of time allowing us to more or less hit the ground running once we settled on the purchase. The ant bait applied by her also seems to have done the job :) Her knowledge of the property and surrounding areas gave us confident that the property purchased was of good standing. The additional work required with dealing with the vendor's solicitor due to the vendor not being capable was made without much of a hitch due to Annette's assistance. Her experience in the real estate industry is not limited to Christchurch alone having experience in what was happening in the Australian market and what people were doing such as subdivisions. Of particularly interesting was the sharing of her experience to purchase a corner site where the property being subdivided could effectively have two entrances separate from one another and with different addresses. Interesting. We would highly recommend Annette as a real estate agent to sell your property.
