BUT by choosing Kylie at Mike Pero that stress will be taken away and felt with. She really knows her stuff and really does work for YOU. That was very important to us as we had experienced the opposite with other local agents. We sold in a week and went unconditional in three.... and there was a sticky situation that Kylie sorted, so we feel she really did earn her money because our sale was not lost. It could have been.
