What a superstar Kylie is! She worked so hard and was tenacious even when obstacles blocked the way, whilst still remaining friendly, professional and optimistic. We were concerned at the beginning of the process, as we live overseas and wondered how we’d manage do our bit as sellers to make any changes needed to the property or sign the paperwork on time etc. But we got there thanks to Kylie. She liaised with all parties promptly to get things sorted on our behalf. Even things like unlocking the house to let tradespeople in when required. The clear, regular communication was also very much appreciated. We would 100% recommend Kylie Hooker and her team and if the situation arose again we would definitely, without a doubt, use Kylie’s services next time.

Straight away, the ease of communication with Kylie was noticeable and very appreciated. If there was something I needed to be checked, or ask about, it didn't take long for either an email response or for a return phone call. When inspecting the house, there was an issue with one of the appliances not working due to a fuse being blown, but Kylie had an electrician come out and sort it within the inspection - Very nice to have happen.

Kylie certainly knows the market, across all the price brackets and suburbs of Hamilton. She listened to our requirements and presented us with very appropriate options to chose from. We live outside the Waikato so Kylie arranged viewings outside of typical hours and she was always quick to respond to questions. After the sale had gone through, Kylie went out of her way, on Easter Weekend, to drop the keys off at the house.
