We signed up with Kelvin and Jacqui when the market could go either way as it had been booming during Covid but sadly a couple weeks later after we signed up it took a downwards trend but dispite this they still managed to get a fair price for the house with their amazing charisma and charm. It wasn't our first time buying a house, but it was the first time buying through a real estate agent. Kelvin was great to deal with, helping to explain all the steps and being really flexible with dates so that we could get all of our ducks in a row while we sold our house (right before Easter!) Kelvin came recommended (the only way to do business) and to the time of sale he was responsive, personable, very communicative and willing to go that extra bit. He was realistic in determining the home's extra presentation needs (there weren't many) including a little staging just to add that extra pizazz. His estimated quick time frame for house sale was accurate, in fact the auction was brought forward a week, to achieve a very satisfactory outcome only a fortnight after being listed. I recommend Kelvin to anyone selling a house in Christchurch.
