Winter Auction

I was skeptical on first meeting Christian that an auction in late winter was the correct timing or sale method to choose, but Christian came armed with the stats to justify his decision. We followed his recommendation, and throughout the frantic house preparations, Christian offered sound advice and support (his trades people were excellent). Christian was consistently professional yet friendly and approachable, a natural on his field. He helped us obtain the best price (over expectations) in a difficult market. Having used many agents, he would be my top pick.

Exceptionally happy!

This was the first sale of a house I have been involved with for 30 years. Christian took us through the process in a very positive and cheerful manner. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us through the process of buying our first home! From the very beginning Charlotte was incredibly friendly, approachable, professional and we always felt comfortable asking questions. She went above and beyond to ensure this process was as stress-free as possible. Taking the extra time to explain what was happening, made sure we fully understood what everything meant and always kept us informed throughout the whole process. She also recommend the lawyer we ended up using, which was incredibly helpful and made us feel like we were in good hands. Honestly couldn't recommend her enough, we are so grateful for all her help getting us into our first home!🏠
