We adopted all of Nienke’s recommendations at the start and we were surprised at the effect of these recommendations had on the presentation of the property. The property had some negative aspects such as 3 levels, sloping section and many trees. However it did appeal to those who liked gardening. When interest slowed Nienke arranged additional photos and changed advertising material which had an immediate result. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Nienke.

Nienke was great in helping me through the purchase of my first home. She was quick to respond to questions and queries. Initially there was a bit of confusion as I was told that the house had an offer that was accepted in early stages of the deadline although I was told they were planning to wait to deadline.
