We knew it would be a journey. It is a market place and has to be navigated patiently.
The main emotional requirement for the seller is to trust YRE staff. They do know best. Letting go of your perceptions of the market and playing your own game may feel like a surrender but it proved valuable in our successful outcome. Life experiences outside this game may not be relevant.
