July 2026, winter, slow market. The team of Rachel, Simon and Emma from YOUR REAL ESTATE were signed to sell our property in Omokoroa. The team was enthusiastic from the start and facilitated many of the activities required to get the house ready for market as we were not local to the area. All the paperwork was completed online which made the process so much easier. The regular online updates on the portal kept us well informed after each open home. Once a contract was signed, the trio ensured that regular communication between the buyer was passed on - and when we were not able to arrange for a contractor to come in, they assisted in securing the services of a local contractor. It was a huge relief to be supported in this way - especially as we were a good couple of hours away. We appreciated their perseverence and confidence in what was a tough market. The main emotional requirement for the seller is to trust YRE staff. They do know best. Letting go of your perceptions of the market and playing your own game may feel like a surrender but it proved valuable in our successful outcome. Life experiences outside this game may not be relevant.
