Rachel was very up to date with market knowledge and able to push our property through various online avenues. She has very prompt communication and we never felt left in the dark. Is very personable and warm and has a lot of tools in her toolkit to get your house sold.
Being an out of town seller Rachel was very supportive and helped organise the Cleaning and Lawn Mowing of the property. We received weekly updates and regular contact keeping us updated. Rachel was very easy to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. 10/10

Initially we thought Rachel was great. We made an offer on the property with the condition that our property needs to sell. And she was great at keeping us updated and clear communication. Another offer was received and we had only a few days to go unconditional (which we did). Once the other offer was on the table Rachel was rude and not pleasant to deal with (she was not aware that we would be able to go unconditional). The property was on the market for more than 4 months and her lack of knowledge and care was shocking. After the property went unconditional and we had any questions she shrugged her shoulders and made no attempt to help, and it was very frustrating dealing with her. Will not recommend her services to anyone buying or selling! This was our experience and opinion.
