We recently purchased our first home through Rachel. As first home buyers we were quite tired of the process and had had difficulty up until this point but dealing with Rachel was awesome. We found Rachel to be very transparent and fair throughout this process. She was extremely easy to get ahold of and answered all of our silly little questions (as first home buyers we had alot) and never made us feel like we were a burden. There were tenants in the property which we understood could have made things abit more difficult but it was handled very well and Rachel was respectful with all parties involved including the vendors, us and the tenants.
