As a Buyer I was impressed with Rachels positive approach to everything. She certainly did everything she could for her Vendors. This included follow up encouraging phone calls to "not miss the opportunity". (We were in two minds on this property.) Her Pep talk prior to the Auction, made us re-think our approach and meant went when in with a good game plan; resulting in us being successful! She worked hard to achieve this for her Vendors.
