Rach and Kylie were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive throughout the process of marketing and selling our home. Their advice was spot on and while we were not keen on auctions, they navigated us through to a very successful auction day, held on site. Coming from out of the area, so I asked for a private viewing, which was fine. Kylie spoke about the current market and trends plus provided me with recent sales data to help me make my decision. This helped me to put in an offer, which was accepted. The subsequent purchase facilitated by Kylie went very smoothly. All in all a straight forward non stressful experience. It was also a pleasant surprise after the purchase to be presented with a house warming gift.
