Toni gave us an honest explanation of the houses value which at purchase time deemed to be spot on.She worked very hard for us after a prospective buyer had visited the property she gave us instant feed back.She suggested a few minor details we could do to help the sales process. Great to deal with - they were patient in dealing with our elderly Mum, we never felt pressured or pushed to make any quick decisions. They handled all the presentation of the house ready for sale. We received weekly updates on where they were at with the property, via a summary report. Clear in the communications and open with fees etc. Would happily deal with Property Brokers again
