All round powerhouse.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Toni and the team at Property Brokers in several capacities over the years. I originally purchased the property through them, later used their property management services while it was tenanted, and most recently sold it with Toni’s expert help. Throughout the entire process, Toni was realistic, honest, and easy to talk to. Her knowledge of the market and straightforward advice gave me confidence that I was making informed decisions every step of the way. Communication was excellent. Even during quieter periods, Toni provided regular and accurate updates, ensuring I always knew what was happening. As we live out of town, she also went above and beyond by arranging practical maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing, lock repairs, and gardening to keep the property looking its best during the sale process. On the rare occasions Toni was unavailable, she ensured there was a reliable and knowledgeable backup agent in place, so nothing was ever missed. I would happily recommend Toni to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Her professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. I only wish she worked in our area so we could use her services again.

Toni is lots of fun and made the whole process easy
Toni was great fun to work with. She is thorough and I felt well informed at every step. She was always available to talk and her advice was well considered and helpful. She had a great team that got photos and listing ready in such a quick timeframe. The regular written updates were really helpful to know how things were progressing. Toni seemed knowledgeable of the current market and helped me achieve a result in a pretty fast timeframe that I’m really happy with. I felt like Toni was working with me and for me through negotiations. She knew my goals and got results. I’d recommend Toni.
