Wayne has been selling in Wainui for many years, providing him with the experience that gets you through the ups and the downs .. Selling in Feb 2023 meant it wasn't such a wonder ful time to sell, with the market attempting a belly flop .. or was that a high board dive ?? Wayne kept his cool and had great advice over the Christmas period. Doing that half-staging early Feb certainly seems to have helped us get across the line !! Thank you for that advice :) We purchased the house off Wayne five years previously. We liked dealing with him then .. he is straight up .. you know where you stand and he tells like it is. It was a no=brainer to list the house with Wayne and Professionals when it was time to sell - particularly in such a hard market. Keep on doing what you do !!
